Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Balances not paid within 10 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annually) or the maximum allowed by California law.
Returned checks will incur a $35 service fee plus bank charges.
No set-offs, deductions, or withholdings are permitted.
2. Service & Emergency Call Charges
Standard service calls are billed at our published rates.
Emergency/after-hours calls may require a non-refundable service fee, due when scheduled.
If work cannot be completed, the service call fee still applies.
3. Estimates & Change Orders
Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
Hidden or unforeseen issues (such as concealed leaks, code violations, or damaged lines) may result in additional charges.
All additional work will be documented in a written change order and approved by the customer prior to proceeding.
4. Warranty
Drain Cleaning: If we cannot clear the blockage, there will be no labor charge. Cleared drains include a 6-month limited warranty unless otherwise noted.
General Plumbing Work: Labor and parts are warranted for 1 year from the date of service.
Water Heaters: 1-year labor warranty. Manufacturer’s warranty applies to tank and components (generally 6 years).
Pipe Repairs/Repiping/Excavation: Up to 5 years on workmanship, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Exclusions: Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, pre-existing issues, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or conditions beyond our control. Drain cleaning warranties exclude recurring issues caused by structural defects, roots, or improper system design.
5. Liability & Site Conditions
Customer must provide clear and safe access to work areas.
Alpha Omega Plumbing is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or consequential damages (including water damage, mold, or loss of use) not directly caused by our negligence.
Cutting walls, concrete, or landscaping may be required to access plumbing systems. Restoration of such surfaces is the customer’s responsibility unless caused by proven negligence.
6. Permits & Compliance
Customer is responsible for obtaining permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All work will be performed in compliance with California Plumbing Code and applicable local ordinances.

Alpha Omega must be given the first opportunity to inspect and remedy any issue; otherwise, warranty is void.
9. Collections & Legal Fees
Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be referred to collections or legal action.
Customer agrees to pay all reasonable collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs.
